You may recall my post of about a month ago in which I wrote of my disappointment with HRC for conceding the "baby bond" program idea so easily to the Republicans. Well, it turns out I wasn't the only one who noticed her lack of spine. A left leaning group in Iowa has unveiled the first independently funded ad of the 2008 election season, and it attacks Hillary Clinton for --- you guessed it --- throwing out the baby bond with the bathwater --- and backing down to Giuliani in the process. "Is this the kind of Democrat you want as president of our country?"the Democrats for Courage ask. It is a fine question with only weeks until the caucuses.
